Client
The category of event drives what kind of suppliers we look for. Pick the closest match.
A bit about you
Helps you record who is involved. Not sent to the AI, just useful context for you.
Helps the AI find suppliers familiar with the traditions involved.
Different from the ‘already booked’ section below — this is informal stuff in flight.
Location
Find local & independent suppliers
Prioritise smaller studios, Instagram-found independents & sole traders
Include country/state to avoid ambiguity (e.g. “Cambridge, UK” not just “Cambridge”).
Wider geography, in case the specific location has limited suppliers.
Set to Yes if the event is somewhere you do not live. Changes how we search.
Budget & currency
Budgets shown in £ GBP
Vision & feel
Romantic & intimate Elegant & formal Relaxed & casual Luxurious Rustic & natural Modern & minimal Maximalist & dramatic Garden party Black tie Bohemian Cultural / traditional
Pick two or three. "Relaxed garden party" beats "nice and special".
If you have one, name the colours. If not, leave blank, the AI uses the atmosphere instead.
A venue you love, a Pinterest board URL, or a real wedding you have been to. Anchor the abstract in something real.
The unedited brief in their own voice. Captures things the structured fields miss.
Format & structure
Single day, multi-day, ceremony and reception. The format shapes which suppliers are right for the job.
Rough timings if you know them. Affects what suppliers can serve (e.g. whether a late licence is needed).
Allergies, accessibility, things to absolutely avoid. Helps filter out unsuitable suppliers.
What's already confirmed?

Tick anything already booked or sorted. For each confirmed supplier, add details so the AI can use them to find compatible options for everything else.

Your details — required for client reports

These appear on the cover and overview of your client-facing report instead of AI Event Assist branding, and are used as the sign-off when generating supplier outreach emails.

2–4 sentences introducing yourself and your business. This appears on page 3 of every client report — write it once, use it forever.
